Terms & Conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Auvion, owner Florian Wolf, Otto-Keiner-Straße 1, 98544 Zella-Mehlis (the "Provider") and users of the Auvion platform (scanner.auvion.io) and the Telegram bot @Auvion_CryptoScreenerBot.

2. Service description

Auvion is an automated market-analysis service providing technical chart-analysis signals for crypto markets (RSI, support/resistance, volatility, candlestick patterns). Delivery via private Telegram alert, public channel and the web dashboard.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is formed by activating the trial via the bot or subscribing to a paid plan. By using the service the user accepts these terms. Access credentials may not be shared.

4. Trial

• Each user receives a one-time free quota of 10 premium signals.
• The trial can be used only once per person/Telegram account.
• Up to 3 trial signals per day; it ends once the 10 free signals are delivered — at the latest after 30 days.
• After use, the account automatically reverts to Free status.
• No automatic conversion to a paid subscription.

5. Subscriptions and prices

• Basic — €29.00 / month: all signal types, all timeframes, up to 20 alerts/day, charts, web dashboard.
• Pro — €49.00 / month: everything in Basic, unlimited alerts, watchlist, signal history.
• Advanced — €79.00/month or €790.00/year: everything in Pro, webhooks (signed JSON alerts), extended AI limits (120 questions/day).

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

6. Payment and billing

Payment via Stripe (card, SEPA, etc.). Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Alternatively USDT on request (support@auvion.io), activated after manual confirmation. Access may be temporarily suspended on failed payment.

7. Cancellation and withdrawal

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime at the end of the billing period. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 355 German Civil Code). Where the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period at the consumer's express request (checkout consent): the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance (§ 356 (4) BGB); on earlier withdrawal the consumer owes pro-rata compensation for the service provided until then (§ 357a BGB).

8. Availability and liability

The Provider aims for high availability (target 99%/month) but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

• No liability for trading losses based on the signals
• No liability for lost profits or consequential damages
• No liability for errors/delays caused by technical issues
• No liability for outages of Telegram or the Binance interface

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where otherwise mandated by law.

9. Usage restrictions

• No reselling/distribution of signals without permission
• No automated scraping
• No sharing of credentials, no multiple accounts
• No use for illegal purposes

10. Changes to the terms

Changes are announced 30 days in advance via Telegram. Without objection within 30 days they are deemed accepted.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Zella-Mehlis.
