1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Telegram data: Telegram ID, username, message content as needed for the service
• Contact data: email address (optional, for web login and support)
• Usage data: subscription status, settings (watchlist, timeframes, signal types), alert history
• Payment data: processed via Stripe; we do not store full payment details
• Technical data: IP address, access times (server logs, anonymized after 7 days)

3. Purpose and legal basis

Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the scan and alert services, subscription management, Telegram notifications. Legitimate interest (f): fraud prevention, security, service improvement. Legal obligation (c): retention of payment records.

4. Sharing with third parties

• Stripe Inc. (USA) – payment processing (certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework)
• Telegram Messenger Inc. – delivery of notifications
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – hosting in Germany

Your data is never shared for advertising purposes.

5. Retention

• User data: until account deletion or on request
• Payment records: 10 years (legal retention requirement)
• Server logs: 7 days, then automatic deletion

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact: support@auvion.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (TLfDI, Thuringia).

7. No automated decision-making

We do not use fully automated decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR. Signals are technically generated information without profiling.

8. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (session token for login). No tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes
